Special Instructions

  1. Steep grains at 160 degrees for 30 minutes
  2. Add DME and bring to boil for 60 minutes
  3. Brewer's Gold at 60 min
  4. Saaz at 5 min with irish moss
  5. 6 lbs frozen cranberries soaked in cranberry vodka for three days
  6. Strain off vodka, mash and add cranberries to secondary
  7. Rack beer onto cranberries for one week
