Ironfishmy efficiency sucks and I didn't boil long enough, wanted 1.048, got 1.042 with 3.8 gallons in fermenter . need to improve both aspects. adjusted efficiency to reflect what is in the fermenter and the extra wort.

Ironfish used dry yeast at bottling after cold crash for two days at 32-33f

IronfishTook a while to carb up . Now it's rounded out and carbed, really nice beer very very happy will be on the brew again list top five ever for me
