steep crystal malt at 68c for 30 minutes

Add 1kg DME at 60 minutes

Add 1kg DME at 15 minutes

Cooled down wort to 45c by adding boil pot to sink and filling twice around it

Added top up water from the fridge - bought full temp down to 22c
