Nov 27/22: Mashed in with 10.11L with 2.5ml lactic acid and 2g each CaCl2 and CaSO4.

Hit 66C, 45 minute mash.

Sparged with 22.51L with 5ml lactic acid and 2.5g each CaCl2 and CaSO4.

Mashout at 73.5C for 20 minutes.

Nov.27/22 1230pm: Into FC set to 34C. Pitched into 30.5C wort.

Nov.27/22 545pm: Already massive fermentation underway.
7.
Dec.04/22: Bottling day! Added 6.3oz dextrose to 20L at 35C for 2.75 volumes. Added a sprinkle of EC1181 at bottling since this froze.
