Notes:

Pulled some yeast off the bottom. Smells great!! Tastes pretty good. almost has a little carbonation to it. cannot smell any dactyl but not the sharpest aroma detector,

BackAlleyBrewing

Tasted on 12/19/2022 by BackAlleyBrewing

Notes:

Brought beer in fermenter into the house noon on 12/17 @41 degrees. Sat in house until noon on 12/19. Did not notice any additional fermentation action. 61 degrees. siphoned into keg. wrapped keg in clothing and set outside in garage @ 39 degrees garage temp. Beer tasted good. I might have got an aroma of popcorn butter but not very strong. Light color. fermented very well. I can always smell yeast so may be confused.
