Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
17 lts Mash water. 1 hr at 65C
2.
Then to 70C for 10 mins mash-out. Then up to 75C for sparging
3.
Sparge with 13.5lts water. Then on to boil. First hops in for 45 mins
4.
Second hops Then at 15 mins left Half Protofloc tab added
5.
Flame out then Hop stand with Mosaic
6.
Yeast added @ 20C 'Pure Brew' & Hop Boost added at the same time. SG 1.052
7.
Fermenting well 24 hrs later @ 20C
8.
5 days after brewing - Racked off yeast and dry hops added SG1.012
9.
Secondary ferm barrel flushed with CO2 before transfer
10.
Bottled on 18th November 2022. Batch primed with 62gms Dex. SG1.010
