No preservatives. 1 Darjeeling tea bag adds tannin, which helps flavour. Juice of a lime. I didn't do the Camden tablet. Do again: Yeah. Bit sour but good.

Add 80ml of water to lime juice, boil, add teabag, 1/4 Camden tab. Cool.

Pour Juice into Demi John

Shake well to oxygenate

23g sugar - 5 Lt bottles. 10ml each = 50ml water. (55ml. Add 5ml for loss)
