Special Instructions

Mash @ 152-154F for 60 minutes

Strike volume: 4 gallons, Strike temp: 166F

1st runnings: 2.2 gallons, Sparge volume: 4.6 gallons
4.
Chill to 70F, add yeast and transfer to primary fermenter for 2 weeks
5.
Priming sugar: Boil 2/3 cup cane sugar in 2 cups water and let cool
6.
Transfer priming sugar solution and beer to bottling bucket, bottle and drink in 2 weeks
