Mash temperature 149F(65C) 60 min without acidulate malt

After 60 min add acidulate for another 45 min
3.
Rice temperature to 168F(76C) and sparge to get the boiling volume

Set to boil for 60 min add hops

At 10 min remaining add the coriander and the sea salt
