Special Instructions

150F for 60 min

Collect wort, boil/pasteurize for 10 min. Chill to 90F.

Add Good Belly straight shots - 2 bottles to 5 gallons - kettle sour 24 hours @ 90F

Boil for 15 min. Chill. Pitch yeast. Ferment for 7 days at 68F.
