Bought what was available at The Grain Cellar during store closing sale. Substituted with some Golden Promise, Crystal for Cara Munich and Santiam for EK Golding hops. Used Target hops for Bittering. Other differences from ver1; Mash at 154 vs 148 and ferment at 72 vs 70, (for more yeast flavor)

Notes:

Golden color with medium head. Aroma of honey, pear and bready malt. Good mouthfeel with bread, carmel and a lingering spice flavor. Excellent beer.
