whirlpool flameout hops for 20 min

boil for total of 75 min then add hops at schedule

chill to around 50-add yeast,ferment for 10-14 days
4.
raise temp to 62-65,2-3 days for diacetyl rest
5.
taper temp fown 5-7 degrees from diacetyl rest to 35, cold age at 35 for 4-6 weeks
6.
add dry hops last 5 days
