Special Instructions

1.
Puree/blend 10 lbs of Strawberries. Stew @ 180F for 10 minutes. Chill and add 2 tsp pectinase and wait 24 hours. Squeeze puree through sanitized cheese cloth and add to keg. Add beer on top of puree, pressurize and carbonate for 7-10 days.
