Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains 20-30 min @155'
2.
Add DME and bring to boil for 60 min.
3.
Add Corn Sugar with 15 min. left
4.
At flame out, add 2 oz Citra and 2 oz Mosaic for 20 minutes
5.
Chill to 65' and pitch yeast. Ferment for 7 days
6.
Remove bulb of yeast and add rest of hops for 5-7 days
