Minor tinkering with grain bill, change of hops (for what's on hand). Water adjustments, etc. Used 1 tbl lavender and 2 tsp crushed rainbow peppercorns to make "lavender tea". Added 3 cups boiling water and let infuse for 40 min. Added tea to keg during transfer before carbonating.
