Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains in 6L water for 20 mins, remove grains.
2.
Bring wort to boil, add 600kg LME and boil hops for 30, 20 & 15 mins
3.
Add remaining LME with 5 mins boil to go.
4.
Pour into fermenter, top up to 17L with cold water. Add yeast at 21C.
