Special Instructions

Use 2 sachets of US-05 dried yeast

Ferment at 18 C for 14 days

Rack to keg and keep cold for 2 weeks. Carbonate to 2.7 vol.

Or transfer to bottles. Use 7 g/l sugar for carbonation. Keep in room temperature for 10 days. Then lager cold for 6 weeks.
