mash low, pitch two packets rehydrated, no need to aerate try to pitch at 75F, ferment at 65F test aeration though don’t mill corn, adjust mill to 0.034 use rice hulls in case mash seems to tight mash with 6.5G total, 3G of CT AW, rest RO water should collect 4G two batch sparge at 3.75G RO should collect total of ~11.5G, top kettle to 14G with RO try to make accurate measurement of boil rate with 220V kettle clean out 220V pump and tubing Cleaned air stone, aerated for 35 min at as “full blast” didn’t seem to aerate well, but will do cals this week
