Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains at 150-170 degrees for 20 minutes
2.
Turn off heat and add dry/liquid malt extract
3.
Bring to boil and add Fuggles Hops
4.
Boil for 45 minutes and add Willamette Hops
5.
Boil for 15 minutes and turn off heat
6.
Stir in honey
7.
Add whiskey to the secondary fermentor
