Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains for at 170F for 20 minutes.
2.
Bring to boil then add Honey Malt. Remove from burner and stir.
3.
Bring to back to boil and add Willamette and start 60 minute timer.
4.
Add Golding at 30 minutes
5.
Let ferment for 13 days and transfer to second fermenter
