Red Rye lager with Munich, Malt Rye, Black Patent malt(for colour), and Columbus hops. Need lotsa rice hulls to keep it mashin. Made approx 20L, with OG measured at 1.060. Measure SG at 9 days post pitch, measures 1.016. Will lager for 4 weeks probably, hopefully the last fermentation occurs. ---It didn't, so must have had a higher mash temp than ideal, or the munich wasn't super fermentable or something,.
