Jan 29/22: Mashed in with 15.5L, 4ml lactic acid and 2.5g each CaCl2 and CaSO4

Hit 66c, 45 minute mash

Sparged with 20.5L, 4.5ml lactic acid and 3g each CaCl2 and CaSO4
4.
57c mashbed plus 81c water for 70c mashout. 20 minutes.
5.
Jan 29/22 1pm: Pitched at 29.5C, into FC set to 30C.
6.
Jan 30/22 10am: Krausen already dropping. Added 1oz Vital DH.
7.
Jan 30/22 1pm: FC to 32c to finish.
8.
Feb 03/22 6am: Turned off heating to begin cooling.
9.
Feb 19/22: Bottling day. 19L at 32C with 5.7oz dextrose for 2.7 volumes.
