Pode trocar Galaxy por Citra Retirado Monroe (-25g para evitar harsh) e colocado um pouco de Galaxy / Citra ( 10g) no lugar (Flame-out) Brassagem a 68C para baixar aprox 0,5ABV e chegar em 6% Scott Jannish para evitar hop creep fazer dry hop a 14C (levedura nao estara ativa). Apos isso fazer pasteurizacao. Brau Akademie: fazer dry hop a 21C e esperar 5 dias (comecar e terminar a refermentacao) Strike water 10 litros Sulfato de Calcio 1,0g Cloreto de Calcio 3,0g Sparge 6 litros ou ate aprox 14 litros, pois fervura de apenas 30 min Sulfato de Calcio 0,6g Cloreto de Calcio 1,8g HopStand de 20 min (95 a 75C) 2,2g fermocel em 100ml agua, ja colocado no fermentador antes de entrar o mosto Levedura S-33 (belga, esterificado mas sem fenolicos!), atenuacao aprox 70%, temperatura de fermentacao 15-20C *variacao, colocar 40g somente de Galaxy ou Citra no flame out, e todo os outros lupulos inlcusive o restante do galaxy, no dry hopping.
