Special Instructions

18 lts of mash water at 65C for 1 hour then to 75c for 10 mins.

Sparged with 14lts of water at 75C on then with hops for 1 hour. Protofloc added for 10mins.

Chilled with wort chiller to 18C. 23lts collected. Yeast from starter and Pure Brew added

Racked 4 days after brewing - SG1.020
5.
5 days later SG1.014
6.
20 days after brewing still slowly fermenting in cellar at 10C.

Jan 31st 2022 SG1.011
8.
Feb 12th Coldcrash. SG1.010
9.
Bottled with 75gms corn sugar on 15th Feb.
