Special Instructions

Steep grains at 160 degrees for 30 minutes

Add DME and bring to boil for 60 minutes

Hallertau at 60 min

Saaz at 15 min with irish moss

6 lbs frozen blueberries soaked in blueberry vodka for three days

Strain off vodka, mash and add blue berries to secondary
7.
Rack beer onto blueberries for one week
